Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and no show policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your appointment time. However, due to a high demand in our services, we ask that you provide at least 24 hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments changed or cancelled within less than 12 hours before the service or within appointment day can leave gaps in our schedule that we are unable to fill. • Any appointments cancelled or no show within 12 hours before or on an appointment day without a notice or formal information will be subject to a 50% of service fee charge. • Any group appointments cancelled or no show within 12 hours before or on an appointment day without a notice or formal information will be subject to a 100% of deposit fee charge.
